Kevin, Messages like these have to do with 2 types of emails. Plain Text and HTML. HTML messages get sent as attachments to the message. You can reply to a message, but not to an attachment. So the "questions" do not always accompany the answers. Please, I don't want this to turn into 20 messages about why everyone should remember to change their format to Plain Text, because the reality is that everyone is too busy to worry about something like that. For the person getting the answer, they know there question.
