Iatric Systems is seeking a full time Support Consultant to join our Customer Services Application Support Team. This position performs support activities to include project management of software installation and implementation, training, troubleshooting issues for clients, and developing positive relationships to maintain existing client base. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, as well as some NPR Report Writing knowledge. An IT person that has supported the Laboratory is an example profile that we would like to target. Good organizational skills and excellent customer service are a must. Client Server experience would be a plus. Occassional overnight travel may be required.
