Good afternoon! I would like to know what other hospitals do for requested/required changes for NUR screens. I usually have one of the nurse managers contact me and request changes to their documentation screens, or I have nurses call me and ask for an additional query(ies) to be added to the CDS. I am thinking I need to set up some type of process to have other nurses, managers look at the requests and decide on the proper wording, etc., along with meeting all the requirements, and saying YES or NO to the requests (although I can't stand the thought of more meetings).
