Hi L'ers,
Currently, we schedule in CWS and place the RAD orders, then when we admit
the RAD patients, the RAD module req prints, alerting the DI department
that their patient has arrived.
Now, we want to verify insurance eligibility on some of our DI procedures.
So we want the flow to be like this:

Flow of the Patient Process:
1 - Patient is Scheduled and the test is ordered in OE for the patient
2 - Patient status is changed to PRE, so we can verify the patients
insurance
eligibility, No REQ should print at this time.
3 - Patient status is changed to REG, REQ prints.

But, I was told that OE will only process and print the req when the
status is changed, so when we change the status from scheduled to PRE CLI,
it prints the req and won't print when the patient is a REG CLI. We know
we can set a flag in OE to Hold future orders = Y and the reqs will all
print at midnight, which DI doesn't like. Is anyone doing anything
differently? Does anyone have a custom to fix this?
