Hello all - We are a Magic 5.4 site using DPT off site for Health Records transcriptionists. Does anyone have experience with Meditech "Magic" sessions over a VPN connection locking up periodically due to configuration changes being made to the VPN infrastructure? The VPN session is not interrupted nor are other services such as shared drive access but the Meditech session cannot survive the interruption. Any comments would be appreciated!
