Good morning L:
I am working on a Med Reconciliation NPR and the report is built in PHA.RX. For the Discharge order portion, I need to pull the active meds from the Pharmacy module, which I am able to do, and the pt's home meds from the NUR Admission Assessment - only from this admission assessment form(s).
I am having difficulty with the computed field for the NUR values from this admission only. I just know that someone out there has the answer for me on what I need to do on this report to all of it work together. Yes?
