The CDC has some info, including an online calculator. If your users have web
access, you could provide a link to their site. I don't know if it can be done
within an attribute, but I know you can send them out from a menu selection.

Hello All,
In my outpatient area they are doing assessments on children. They would like
to measure the patients height in inches using a decimal point and not ft and
inches as whole numbers. They would also like to measure the weight in pounds
using decimal not pounds and ozs.
This poses a dilemma for me as I cannot find a BMI conversion written like
that. Does anyone have an attribute that does this??
