I Don't know of anyone that does this but, you could do it through an HTML form that is securely submitted to your facility. The record goes into a database and another program reads the record from the database and scripts the pre-visit into meditech. I can't see this being standard though. Each hospital would have different ideas about what can and should be sent across the internet. Even through SSL. I thought I saw this demo'd in Meditech's Web portal about 8 years ago at a MUSE session. Or did that just interact with scheduling? -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Michele Hartman Sent: Friday, September 01, 2006 8:18 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [MEDITECH-L] On Line Pre Registration Good Morning L-list!. I believe I have asked this question before, but I can not find any responses in my L-list folder, which means I probably didn't get any the first time around. So... if at first you don't succeed, ask the L-list again! We are client server 5.5 sr3. We are looking for a way for our patients to do on line pre registration from the comforts of their own home. Does anyone know of a software that can make this happen? Meditech tells me there is a company out there, but that is the best they can do. Thanks so much and have a great holiday weekend!
