I have created a POM Enabled Order Rule in OE that is not functioning and I need assistance. It is a simple rule in terms of what I want it to accomplish. Basically, if a user orders any procedure from Category="CT" I want the user to receive a message, but then be allowed to proceed with the order. The following order rule is not working as I am needing it to (actually itÂ’s not working at all): "This order requires the patient to be NPO"^M, [f ord msg](M); I attached this rule to a "CT" procedure and received no message when I entered this order in POM. I am hoping someone will notice that I am butchering some Meditech syntax, but not so much it didn't stop me from filing the rule.
