My response was the same as Cindy's. We are in the process of purchasing multiple interfaces from Iatric Systems. Whenever anyone contracts for significant products or services, the stability of the entity meeting those needs is important. That's what it has to do with the "L". I deem it a much better manner in which to be made aware of the legal action than to read of it in some obscure newsletter. I don't believe any of the Iatric Systems staff could ever be accused of "boasting" - though it's certainly justifiable were they to do so. You won't find a more professional, sincere and knowledgeable crowd of pros within one organization anywhere else in Meditechia.
