Good Morning L, We C/S 5.4 SR2 going to 5.5 SR2 in November and are implementing the EDM next year. We are looking at budgeting for hardware for PC's for our ED, but have to come to a consensus on the types of devices we'll be using. Part of this is anticipating that we'll be implementing BMV sometime after the ED application goes LIVE. We are interested in checking into Bar Code Scanners for the BMV application and wonder what types of scanners other facilities are using and whether or not they are tethered or wireless. We'd appreciate hearing from facilities live with both ED and BMV on your hardware selections, wireless vs. tethered and your satisfaction with what you selected.
