That's how I do it. It's a pain but it works and I haven't come across
any other way to do it. I usually use the OC8 claim check as we never
get occurrence codes that high at our hospital.

Hello All,
I am trying to create a UB92 form file that I can download and send to
an outside agency. The file I create needs to contain only the accounts
that I have identified in a Selection file. I have talked with
Meditech, and because I am creating a file from a Form type Claim, they
say I need to change the Claim dictionary adding a bogus check that will
drop all claims queued for the claim, and then select the print forms
option thus dropping all claims. Then I am to remove the check and
queue the claims from the Selection file. I then print the forms again,
and I should only get the account that have been queued from the
Selection file.
Does anyone know of a better way to accomplish this. I have two
selection files that I have to create UB92's for, and this just seems so
convoluted.
Thank you in advance,
