Christie,
Sorry, I neglected to mention that you will also need to modify the following LC to correspond to your query mnemonics:

LC=(@[EMAIL PROTECTED],"NURPD030F"]="Y")&
LC=(@[EMAIL PROTECTED],"NURPD030G"]="Y")

Subject: RE: [MEDITECH-L] npr report for flu symptoms

Christie,
If the report that you are requesting is specifically for U.S. Influenza Sentinel Provider Surveillance, then the attached NPR report will probably work for you.
To use this report you will need to change the following 2 lines in the report according to your query mnemonics:

         @[EMAIL PROTECTED],"NURPD030F"]^/ANS1,
         @[EMAIL PROTECTED],"NURPD030G"]^/ANS2,

For us, "NURPD030F" is a Y/N query asking "Fever > 100 degrees F, 37.8 degrees C (at home or ER)".
For us, "NURPD030G" is a Y/N query asking "Cough and/or sore throat".

Assuming that you are asking the same 2 questions, then all you need to do is change the "NURPD030F" and "NURPD030G" to your query mnemonics, retranslate, and the report should work.  It is also important that that these 2 queries are only asked in ER and are not subsequently asked again with a different response, as the report looks for the last response to the 2 questions.

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] npr report for flu symptoms

Hello

Our infection control nurse is requesting an npr report giving her all patients that exhibit flu symptoms while in the ER.  We have a respiratory assessment with the queries she is interested in.  Does anyone have any ideas how to accomplish this?  We are Magic.  Thanks.
