======================================

  Hello everyone,
    Our facility went LIVE with 5.5 service release 2 on 8/16/07. On
8/22, I reported an issue to Meditech, stating that we were seeing
accounts in B/AR that would have multiple, identical ICD-9 procedure
codes. If you looked at the account in ABS, you could see that there
were 2 or more different ICD-9 codes but when they came over to B/AR you
could see that the primary code had duplicated itself as many times as
there were different codes in ABS. For instance, abstracting shows
37.22, 88.53 & 88.56 but the same account in B/AR, when you view
procs/diags/DRG shows 37.22, 37.22 & 37.22     I can see in the task,
that it's been "determined" this is a ADM/ABS issue.
    I still don't have a satisfactory answer or resolution. And it's
been almost 4 weeks since we went LIVE, 3 weeks since I reported the
issue. Has anyone else had this happen? And did you get things
resolved?
