Title: FW: Printing Meal and Nourishment Labels

Hello,
We are switching out a DOT matrix label printer for a new laser jet in our dietary department and the dietary labels (custom NPR reports) now do not print correctly. On the Avery 5366 labels they start too high on the page so that margins are off. A patient label will begin on one label and then finish on the one below it.

Is there anyone else using Laser Printers to print diet and nourishment labels, and if so are you passing printer control language (PCL) embedded code via a footnote or macro to tell the printer what to print where?

If you are not passing printer control language in your NPR report, what type of printer are you using and what size are your labels?

Thanks in advance,
