Our lab wants to total the various cell types in the neutrophil cell line when doing a manual diff to get the total neutrophil %. When the count is complete for all the WBC cell lines they want the percentages applied to the total automated WBC to produce an absolute cell count for each WBC cell line. Would any of you doing a similar process be willing to share your dictionary setup with me? I've been working on this for months now, and the setup I've built is causing the application to close as soon as I enter a result for any of the juvenile neutrophil types. Our Meditech consultant has been no help whatsoever.
