Hi everyone. First of all, thanks in advance to all of you who take the time to provide responses. It is really helpful to hear how other people have solved issues. Here is my question: We are C/S 5.52 site. We continue to print out ITS reports and Pathology reports for sending out. In addition we have several sites that we download and fax reports to. Recently we have begun to question whether we should have disclaimer on all reports basically indicating that this is only a reproduction of a report and that the EMR is the true report or something to that effect. Has anyone done this and would you be willing to share your disclaimer?
