For those using the 837I with the "UB92-CPU873I" claim program, how is your billing staff viewing the 837 claim within the "Process Account" routine?
Or what routine do you have available for them to view the 837? Did any of you write an NPR?
We are looking for something similar to View a Claim that is found on the Process an Account menu. Billing follow up staff would not understand the data available in the Inspector. Meditech did not have any suggestions for us. Thank you,
