Create an activity lab report that selects for the statuses of ADM IN &
ADM INo, for that doctor, and for all the inpatient locations.  Create a
telecom that will print this report to his network printer if he has
one, or telecom using your fax product, or if he has neither to a
printer in the lab and manually get it to him.
