Title: Paperless Business Office
Everyone:
One of our new fiscal year goals is to streamline processes within our Business Office. One of my goals is to create a paperless environment. I want to eliminate all biller printing and all paperwork off their desk and utilize the system 100%. Are any of you currently 95%-100% paperless in your Business Office? If so, can you provide me some feedback on processes that you have implemented within MEDITECH, problems with billers you encountered, and all other advise is welcomed.
