Janet: I had written a EMAR Admin report by date in 5.4 Test and sent it to the L list months ago, per a request of a L list member (just thru it together-nothing fancy). Today I copied it and added the selects for user,med. I also added the query, query text and query response to the details of the report. Now you may need to do some edits for cds, or other facility specific info, but this should get you started. This is in MAGIC 5.5 TEST, if you are on 5.4 let me know and I will download it to the older version we had before our current 5.5 SR2 version.
