Title: Workers Comp documentation
Are you having a hard time collecting quality data to support a W/C claim? Boy we are! Is anyone using a CDS attached to your W/C option in the Ins Dictionary? I'm considering using a CDS so thet the registration staff is forced to address quality verification and billing questions before they decide that the claim qualifies for W/C selection. I'm also considering adding a PENDING W/C option in the Ins Dx. Any thoughts or feedback regarding the process will be greatly appreciated.
