Does anyone use the Clinical Alerts/Notifications feature in Meditech? We're 5.5.2. I can get an email notification for ordering providers only. Under the Restrict to Providers - Include field, it doesn't matter who I put in there, they're not included on the alert/notification. My App. Specialist @ MT says that there's no way to notify a non-ordering-provider with an alert/notification besides using the printer (i.e. they can't be paged/emailed, etc.) She also admitted that she was just learning about the alerts/notification feature herself. If anyone has any experience with this, your sharing it with me would be greatly appreciated! Respectfully, Michael J.
