Hi, We are in the process of implementing NUR and POC devices for our
nurses aides. We are purchasing Dell Axim x51s and did not get them
through JJWild. They work just fine using Citrix. We have not been
advised that shecial firmware is necessary.

Subject: Point of Care Devices - JJWILD Claims they must be bought from
them

We are just starting to look at POC devices. In the process we have been
informed by JJWILD
that these devices must be bought through them as they have to load
"Special firmware" in
order for the devices to work with Meditech. This "Special Firmware"
costs approximately $1000
for a Symbol Device.

Those of you who are using any devices for POC.... did you buy through
JJ.. whether Symbol or
Dell or Compaq or any other for that matter?

Thanks for your help
