Was not sure how to title this as totally different from what I sent out last week. Another site has their radiologist going on vacation for a couple of weeks and they asked if ours could do the readings (we bill for our own services). The other sites radiologist bills his own (not the site). The problem is they want us to bill but not our pt and we are not a billing service. Has anyone run against this problem and solved it? I say invoice the site and let them worry about billing but I was asked to try and find another solution.
