We found it best to have two CKs. One a plain CK for doctors interested in other than heart situations. The other a CK/CKMB panel that always gives the MB.

If you must reflex MB, set a reflex order group for MB in the CK test dictionary.

I was hoping that someone could help provide me with the means to accomplish the following….

1.         If a CK and CKMB are ordered on a patient

2.         The CK is resulted as > 70

3.         A CKMBI is reflexed and resulted with a calculation

I’m having no problems with either the reflex or the calc but the calc isn’t performing if it’s being reflexed, I can only get either one or the other….. Any help would be appreciated.
