Title: Plan of Care Review
Would anyone be willing to share how they do their plan of care reviews? We have a screen in place but we are consistently falling below the norms on our plan of care reviews specifically in assessing how the patient is progressing on their plan of care. Wondered if someone might have something a little easier or something else we could try.
