Hi, We are accessing our Meditech OSAL system with thin clients via RDP and Windows Terminal Server running 2003 Server. For the most part, this is very successful, however we are occasionally having dropped windows connections where the user is forced clear out to the windows connections screen. This, of course, causes hung sessions in Meditech. Has anyone here encountered this issue? If so, we'd REALLY like to visit with you!
