Hello all, We have been trying out the use of the rich text format for transcription and our off-site transcription service is having a devil of a time. Their session exits out when they go to bring the text back from Word and only the demographic information is left. Sometimes the job gets hung up and we have to kill the job. We have also had jobs go into infinite loops. I know there were some issues a couple of years ago that were discussed on the "L" and they sounded quite similar. I wondered if anyone is using .rtf successfully. If so, maybe we could chat?
