Hi All I have been asked to write a report that captures all surgical patients (we have ORM) and whether they came back within a certain timeframe to have any other surgical procedure done, ideally related to the original procedure. Before I re-create the wheel I was just wondering if anyone out there already had one written that was close to what we need? TIA!
