Title: Billing for NP tests
Does anyone have a good way to not bill for tests that are resulted NP when not performed. ie-reference lab profiles with reflex testing, when the reflex test is not performed we have a default result of NP. This still allows the charge. If the result is defaulted to TNP, there is not a charge, but the results of Test Not Performed prints on the final report looking like parts of the profile were not performed (which is true but makes the report messy).
I have thought about a reflex charge test with a rule based on the result. Any other ideas?
