Title: Problem with these queries and attributes?
Hi,
We have the following queries and attributes in a CDS and just found out that the info on these 3 groups are not defaulting in as they should. For the most part there is no problem, but randomly they do not. Sometimes, the the smoking info defaults in and sometimes the weight does not, on the same patient CDS. Would anyone be willing to look and see if there is a problem with any of the attributes? All 3 groups are also associated to an NPR (macro) for each group, do I need to look at that instead? If anyone could help, I'd appreciate it.
The first four all are about smoking and the info is to default in (but it doesn't always)
NURDCSMO2 DFT="If you or a family member smokes, stop today!"
NUR.DCCHF2 DFT="Tobacco narrows your blood vessels and makes it harder to breathe. If"

These two are on CHF questions that we only want the RN or LPN to respond. Seems to work okay.
