We do this on the printed Pharmacy MAR currently, haven't implemented BMV yet. The printed MAR has instructions regarding what to do for First Dose admin and pt responses to the admin. The instructions are coded into the MAR Trailer record, and are something like this: The education piece: *Directions for 1st Dose xx.educati -Document your initials to indicate education provided. -Document xx. to indicate not able to educate. & on the opposite side of the page is similar text for the patient's response piece.
