We are a Magic 5.5
site. We were printing our UB92's to a dot matrix printer (Genicom) and on
certain days the alignment gets off in the middle of the run. Has anyone
experienced this problem?
I tried to setup the
UB92's to Print to the Laser as a secondary option but the alignment is not
right. I have printed the data on the pre-printed paper on 2 exact
same model of printers and the alignments are off in different
ways on each one.
Is there a setting
that needs changed on the printer or in Meditech to resolve this
issue?
I would appreciate
any help.
