does anyone have a solution to the problem of the patient that is discharged and readmited within the 72 hr period that an ab screen or crossmatch is available. i would like the tests in bbk to be n/a at discharge. now if a pt is discharged and readmitted later that day etc, bbk orders go to add on the previous orders, not a new req. as required. thanks for any help. stephanie
