[MEDITECH-L] Meditech orientation

We are currently looking at changing our nursing orientation process for Meditech training. Can you tell me the process and length of time for your training.  For example is it all done on one day. For example, do users have an introduction of 4 hours, go work on their unit for 2 weeks and then return for a 4 hour session etc. I appreciate any input you are willing to give. Also who is responsible for teaching, IT or Nursing.
