We are trying to pull the Home Meds onto the Pat Trailer using an ADT.PAT fragment to pull the clinical.cus.defined.queries which where the home meds are stored. Meditech does not list a direct fragment link between PHA.MRI and ADM.PAT but we are using mri.urn. No meds are pulling across.
