We are about to purchase the I-People Direct product but would like to get some feedback from other organizations that have already taken the plunge.
If you have already installed I-People Direct could you comment on
1) the quality of support from I-People
2) ease of installation
3) any quirks encountered
4) issues to be aware of
5) the uses where I-People Direct really shines and those where it doesn't perform as well.
