We just converted to FDB from another vendor.  Seems to be working
better than it did.  Make sure that the mapping of your dose forms to
the vendor dose forms is done in your Dose Form dictionary.  That was
something else that hadn't been done.  Our system seems to be more
accurate.  We still have some issues that I'm trying to figure out.  We
are still getting some "no unit" errors on the dose check and I'm trying
to figure that out.  HTH.
