Hi Gloria, In C/S 5.5.2 there is a new routine in the OE dictionaries called Provider Favorites. This routine allows you to copy Favorites from one Provider to another. I don't recall that this was something 'additional' that was loaded with our updates, I think it was part of SR2. Good luck.
