Hi Mark. Contact your MIS consultant, assuming you are at a MAGIC site, as there are ways to setup a standard facility-wide cover page, per Fax group you can setup whether you want a notification for non-successful and/or successful faxes and who to send the notifications to. In the LIS Shared Dictionaries routine, in Enter/Edit LIS Report Dictionary, you setup, by report, at what status you want the results faxed. Hope this helps.
