Hello "L" For those of you that have an Endoscopy Unit what are you doing for Medication Reconciliation? This is one of the last departments/areas for us to work on and we are having some trouble coming up with a process for them. The rest of our facility is on-line with NUR documentation and Endo is not and has no intention of going LIVE any time soon. If anyone out there has some insight it would be greatly appreciated. It does not matter if it is an automated process or not.
