We use RealLife HR (formerly Rewards Plus). The files are scripted into Meditech after the last payroll of the year is posted. New employees also sign up for their benefits on-line throughout the year and an effective date is used in our script to pull the files based on their benefit eligibility date. Our site (built by RealLife HR) is called www.nebhbenefits.com and the vendor web site is http://www.reallifehr.com/. Real Life sets up the connections with your insurance companies and sends them the selections electronically.
