Did you try to select off of the abnormal.flag field?
I have one that selects off of the abnormal.flag field using "CH" and "CL":
abnormal.flag EQ "CH"
abnormal.flag EQ "CL"

Does anyone have a solution for having two sets of critical value ranges on a LAB test dependent on the location of the patient?
We are trying to prevent calls from the LAB to one of our departments for what would normally be a critical high, except when the patient is in labor.
