Our Social workers and Dietitians use the NUR application for all their doc.  We created screens for them and they have their own note categories.

Subject: Re: [MEDITECH-L] Social Service in NUR

Ross, at my last hospital and this one, social services does document in NUR as part of the multidisciplinary team, using his/her own note category plus any screens that might be useful to the interdisciplinary communication process. Sharon

Good Morning,
Our Social worker has requested that we make some changes to her process.  I am curious how many use the NUR module for documentation of Social Services. I am not sure if this documentation belongs in this portion of the medical record. Thanks in advance.
