Hello, We are looking for a MAGIC site that is LIVE or testing a Bayer Rapidlab 1245. We have everything working, except QC. It seems as though the instrument is always sending the same identifier for all 3 levels and we cannot seem to get it to automatically create the specimen. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
