Hi, Lianne, We use Array’s
DTS product, as well as Task+ and RDM. We’re very happy with the
functionality of all of them and really like the integration with Meditech as
well as within the Array products. Since we’re a
small hospital, many of the DTS testers for clinical modules are also the
denial contacts; as we move denial management into other departments, there
will be a much shorter learning curve. Based on our
experiences, I highly recommend Array. The company is very responsive to
any problems, questions or enhancement requests. They also have a list
serve and hold user meetings at Muse, which is very helpful to those of us who
don’t get to travel as much as we’d like. J

at purchasing a DTS Tracking system and would like to hear the good, bad and
ugly about systems that are in use out there. The only product that
I’ve actually seen is Array Software’s DTS+ which sits on the MAGIC
platform (we are MAGIC). I heard of a windows based
system recently at Western MUSE, but do not recall the name of the system or
the vendor. Please share with us your
