We put them in CWS as pending appointments. It's clunky, but no more
paper files. I never have to do it, but I can get details if you are
interested.

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Standing Lab Orders

Does anyone out there have a mechanism by which they house patient lab
standing orders in? We currently keep them in notebooks and I'm
looking for
a way to automate them either in Meditech or other means.

Any help would be appreciated. We are a CS 5.5 facility.

Thanks
