I was hoping that someone out there wouldn't mind sharing at least a template of their current Hipaa Security P&P's. It is new to me to create these from scratch and I didn't want to include too much or not enough for current P&P's but need to have something for our facility. I do have some in place but still have other areas that need to be created. For example, Risk Analysis, Risk Management, Sanction Policy, and IS Activity Review. I already have a policy in place for Disaster Recovery, Data Backup Plan but any help for any security related Hipaa policies would be appreciated.
