We are interested in prompting nurses (from status board) when pain and restraint reassessments documentation are due. I know an NUR int must have prescribed freq & documentation time limits to come on/off SB worklist, but has anyone out there written a NUR Rule that has assisted with prompting? Our admin wants a goof-proof way to get the nurses to document. The problem we have is that the time "floats" as to when the int begins, rather than consistently at 0200, 0400, etc. I would like to have the reminder start timing from the initial documentation of the int, if possible. Any suggestions welcome! We are MAGIC, 5.5.1 currently.
